George Anderson, Chairman & CEO, is the founder of Enterprise Engineering, Inc. and has served in this capacity since its formation in April of 1995. Under his leadership the Company has garnered many honors and awards such as inclusion in the Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 and Fast 500, the FinTech 100, and the Software 500 for five years running.
George is an expert on information management and the implementation of technology to solve business problems. He has authored several books and articles on distributed computing architecture, relational database design, Internet development, and high performance computing. George has twenty-five years experience working with leading financial institutions and premier technology companies in the development of emerging information systems. In addition, he was the architect of EEI’s software products which are used to deliver integrated financial solutions to several thousand of the world’s leading financial institutions.
George supports various charities such as the United Way and Friends of Karen – www.friendsofkaren.org – where he is a member of the Advisory Board. William Trapani, Executive Vice President & COO, since 1990 Mr. Trapani has been developing and selling technology solutions and systems architectures to New York Financial Services companies. Bill’s focus in his career has been focused around database technology and the movement of data from one source to another. He has a Masters in Computer Science from the City University of New York and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Math from Adelphi University.
Bill joined EEI in 2004 to lead the Sales and Marketing team as a Senior Vice President and was promoted to EVP & COO in 2008. He is very active in selling EEI’s Software Solutions and consulting on EEI’s strategic solutions and accounts. Bill presents EEI’s customer solutions and also conducts Executive Management Technology reviews at several of the largest Financial Services firms.
Formerly Mr. Trapani was the Director of Sales for Sybase’s New York Financial Services Division serving Sybase’s largest client base. He worked at Sybase for over ten years running various Sales, Technology and Consulting groups and was also a Certified Sybase Solutions expert. Bill was a regular presenter for Sybase in New York as well as a host and presenter at Sybase’s Tech Waves.
Bill started working for Technology Companies in 1992 when he was a Technical Representative for Information Builders, (IBI). At IBI he developed the ability and the passion to work on various platforms and database technologies, a passion he enjoys today as he explores things like Big Data and new database platforms like Oracle’s Exadata.

Peter Metaxas, Senior Vice President of Services, has worked in the financial services sector for almost 20 years helping companies achieve their complex business objectives through sophisticated technology and service-based solutions. Peter joined the EEI sales organization in 2012 to help develop the Enterprise Services line of business. Now responsible for leading the overall Services division, Peter’s diverse background within the enterprise technology, IT and management consulting sectors helps him to drive professional services sales and recruiting efforts for the firm.
Prior to joining EEI, Peter served as Director of Business Development for Rockit Solutions, LLC, (a subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc.) a data aggregation services provider for the Wealth Management industry. Prior to that, Peter was a Client Partner at EMC (formerly BusinessEdge Solutions), a financial services focused IT & Management Consulting firm where he was responsible for leading new business development efforts within the Banking, Asset and Wealth Management sectors. Jack Cassaro, Senior Vice President, Software Products, has been with EEI since 1998 and is responsible for several key technological initiatives including the development of client interface functionality for EEI’s leading software platform, EnterpriseFTX. In his current role, Mr. Cassaro is responsible for global strategic oversight of all pre and post sales software engineering efforts as well as customer deployments and implementations. William Sutliff, Senior Vice President, Finance, since 1993, Bill has helped leading corporations improve their financial reporting and accounting systems. He has held senior level financial positions for Mitsubishi International Corporation, Scholastic Inc., and Elsevier Inc. Most recently, Bill was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for CML Innovative Technologies, where he was responsible for the company’s budgets and forecasts, the consolidated financial reporting, and improving the accounting systems.
