George Anderson, Chairman & CEO, is the founder of Enterprise Engineering, Inc. and has served in this capacity since its formation in April of 1995. Under his leadership the Company has garnered many honors and awards such as inclusion in the Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 and Fast 500, the FinTech 100, and the Software 500 for five years running.
George is an expert on information management and the implementation of technology to solve business problems. He has authored several books and articles on distributed computing architecture, relational database design, Internet development, and high performance computing. George has twenty-five years experience working with leading financial institutions and premier technology companies in the development of emerging information systems. In addition, he was the architect of EEI’s software products which are used to deliver integrated financial solutions to several thousand of the world’s leading financial institutions.
George supports various charities such as the United Way and Friends of Karen – www.friendsofkaren.org – where he is a member of the Advisory Board. William Trapani, Executive Vice President & COO, since 1990 Mr. Trapani has been developing and selling technology architectures to New York Financial Services companies. He joined EEI in 2004 to lead the sales and marketing team. Formerly Mr. Trapani was the Director of Sales for Sybase’s New York Financial Services Division. He worked at Sybase for over ten years running various technical, sales and consulting groups. Mr. Trapani also worked for 5 years at Information Builders, he enjoys public speaking and has been a keynote speaker on technology subjects for groups as large as 5,000. John Nitti, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, has been working with Financial Services companies for over twenty-five years to optimize their environments by providing technology architectures and business solutions. He joined EEI in 2011 to lead the sales, marketing and recruiting team. Previously, John ran several large consulting organizations, including the Financial Services Industry Group for DMR Consulting, a billion dollar firm. He also ran Worldwide Consuting Services for Legato Systems, Inc. and continued in that role after the company was purchased by EMC.
John is active in numerous community and charitable organizations, including the Marty Lyons Foundation, which fulfills special wishes of children who have been diagnosed as having a terminal or life threatening illness. John has served on the Board, which includes his former teammates on the New York Jets, Marty Lyons and Kenny Schroy, since 2000.
John graduated cum laude from Yale University where he captained the Ivy League Championship football team. He resides in Dix Hills, New York with his wife, Patricia. They have four children, John Michael, Annmarie, Cailyn, and RJ. Email John at jnitti@joineei.com.
Jack Cassaro, e-Solutions Director, has been with EEI since 1998 and is responsible for several key technological initiatives including the development of client interface functionality for EEI’s leading software platform, EnterpriseFTX. In his current role, Mr. Cassaro is responsible for global strategic oversight of all pre and post sales software engineering efforts as well as customer deployments and implementations. William Sutliff, Controller, since 1993, Bill has helped leading corporations improve their financial reporting and accounting systems. He has held senior level financial positions for Mitsubishi International Corporation, Scholastic Inc., and Elsevier Inc. Most recently, Bill was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for CML Innovative Technologies, where he was responsible for the company’s budgets and forecasts, the consolidated financial reporting, and improving the accounting systems.
