George Anderson, Chairman & Founder,

Mr. Anderson is the founder of Enterprise Engineering, Inc. and has served as Chairman since its formation in April of 1995. As an independent consultant, Mr. Anderson worked with several leading financial institutions and premier technology companies, in the development of emerging information systems. Mr. Anderson has authored several books and articles on distributed computing architecture, relational database design, Internet development, and high performance computing. Mr. Anderson is a member of the FpML Working Group, a member of EFTA and the eFinance Enablers Committee, and Securities Industry Middleware Council.

William Trapani, Executive Vice President & Interim CEO,

Since 1990 Mr. Trapani has been developing and selling technology architectures to New York Financial Services companies. He joined EEI in 2004 to lead the sales and marketing team.  Formerly Mr. Trapani was the Director of Sales for Sybase’s New York Financial Services Division. He worked at Sybase for over 10 years running various technical, sales and consulting groups. Mr. Trapani also worked for 5 years at Information Builders, he enjoys public speaking and has been a keynote speaker on technology subjects for groups as large as 5,000.

Howard Sorgen, Director,

Mr. Sorgen is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Private Client Group for Merrill Lynch, and brings more than 40 years of experience in technology and financial services to EEI's advisory board. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sorgen had overall responsibility for technology strategy and all systems development areas serving the Private Client business. The technology budget was $500 million with a labor force of 2,000 systems professionals. Prior to his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sorgen was Executive Vice President for Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, where he managed the company's global operations and information technology. In addition, Mr. Sorgen was President and Chief Operating Officer of a $100-million-dollar NYSE technology company. Mr. Sorgen has chaired numerous committees and organizations within the financial services sector and has been a frequent speaker at various information services forums. He is a former Board Member of the Securities Industry Automation Company (SIAC) and has served on the advisory councils of several leading technology companies such as Microsoft Corporation and Sun Microsystems. In addition, Mr. Sorgen served on the advisory board of Merrill Lynch's broad-based opportunity investment fund.

Jay Goldberg, Director,

Mr. Goldberg has been a General Partner of Hudson Ventures (www.hudsonptr.com) since 1996. He is the founder of OPCENTER, LLC, a privately held company that provides help desk and computer operations services, and the founder and Chairman of Lexstra PLC, a London based consulting company. From 1990 through 1994, Jay served as Chairman and CEO of Image Business Systems Corp. a company that provided document management and workflow software. In 1989, he founded Zeitech, Inc., a company which provided computer implementation professionals through its five national offices. Under Jay's direction, Zeitech appeared twice on Inc. Magazine's 500 List of America's fastest growing companies and was sold in January 1996 to Career Horizons, Inc. In 1986 Jay purchased Money Management Systems, Inc. (MMS) from Ziff-Davis. MMS sold software and services to banks and broker-dealers for securities trading activities. In 1989 MMS was sold to Sungard Inc. From 1968 to 1985, Jay was Chairman and CEO of Software Design Associates, a systems development firm that grew to 600 people, which was sold to AGS Computers Inc.

Currently, Mr. Goldberg serves on the Boards of several of Hudson's portfolio companies, including: Bigfoot Interactive, GlobalServe, Metapa, PowerSteering, and OpenService. He is the past Chairman of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, and Treasurer of the Governor's Committee for Scholastic Achievement. Mr. Goldberg is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the faculty of Arts and Sciences of New York University, the Board of Trustees of Montefiore Medical Center, The Arbitrage Fund and is a Trustee of the Charles Babbage Foundation.

James Mazarakis, Director,

Mr. Mazarakis is a Financial Services professional with twenty years of experience in private banking, investment management and brokerage. Fresh out of school, Mr. Mazarakis joined the consulting division of Arthur Andersen where he supported clients in Andersen's Financial Services practice. In 1981 he joined Warburg, Paribas, Becker (WPB) as a manager in the Corporate Systems Division. While at WPB, he managed the technology group supporting the Fixed Income and Correspondent Dealers Divisions.

Mr. Mazarakis joined Goldman Sachs in 1983 as a Financial Analyst and over the next eleven years held numerous roles including head of Post Settlement Development, Head of Client Services Technology, and Manager of Private Client Services Technology. He was promoted to Vice President in 1988 and in 1992 was asked to implement technology for the International Private Client group while on assignment at Goldman's London Headquarters.

In 1995 Mr. Mazarakis joined JP Morgan to develop the technology vision for the Private Banking division. At that time the Private Bank was leveraging the institutional platforms and applications were oriented along product lines rather than client types. The result of the vision was a three year operating plan having deliverables at nine month intervals for new applications that created a global client database, centralized client servicing applications, credit monitoring systems, brokerage trading applications, and a web presence. In 1998 Mr. Mazarakis was promoted to Managing Director and given the additional responsibility of managing the technology group supporting JP Morgan's US Investment Management division. After the merger with the Chase Manhattan Bank in September of 1999 Mr. Mazarakis was given responsibility for managing the combined US Private Banking and Investment Management technology groups as well as numerous integration efforts across these two divisions.

In 2002 Mr. Mazarakis joined Capital One as Senior Business Information Officer for Enterprise Services Group (ESG) Technology. ESG supports the Global Operations of Capital One through services in Direct Marketing, Inboind and Outbound Production Services, Fraud Prevention and Regulatory Compliance.

In 2005 Mr. Mazarakis joined T. Rowe Price as their CTO. T. Rowe Price is a global investment management firm that manages $260 billion in client assets for Retail Investors, Institutional client and Retirement accounts.
