William Trapani, Executive Vice President & Interim CEO, since 1990 Mr. Trapani has been developing and selling technology architectures to New York Financial Services companies. He joined EEI in 2004 to lead the sales and marketing team. Formerly Mr. Trapani was the Director of Sales for Sybase’s New York Financial Services Division. He worked at Sybase for over 10 years running various technical, sales and consulting groups. Mr. Trapani also worked for 5 years at Information Builders, he enjoys public speaking and has been a keynote speaker on technology subjects for groups as large as 5,000. Charles Theobald, Vice President and General Manager, Professional Services Division, since 1985, Mr. Theobald has helped leading corporations achieve their business objectives through talent and technology. He has held senior business development, operational and management roles for several highly-successful IT/consulting services firms, where he was instrumental in their growth and development. He was responsible for sales, national account management and service delivery – and has been recognized on numerous occasions for developing the most new business. Elio Bonazzi, Chief Technology Officer, started his I.T. career working for Digital Equipment Corp. in Milan, Italy, in the 1980s. After his DEC experience Elio became an I.T. consultant for the financial and pharmaceutical industries until he left Italy and relocated to Australia (1991), where he continued to work as a consultant in the field of databases and performance tuning. Since 2002 Elio has been working with EEI, optimizing application and database performance on behalf of several major customers. Elio has authored several books and articles about software engineering, Oracle and Java, and holds a Master degree in Applied Science of Information technology. Email Elio at ebonazzi@joineei.com.

Jack Cassaro, e-Solutions Manager, has been with EEI since 1998 and is responsible for several key technological initiatives including the development of client interface functionality for EEI's leading software platform, EnterpriseFTX. In his current role, Mr. Cassaro is responsible for global strategic oversight of all pre and post sales software engineering efforts as well as customer deployments and implementations. Brandon Gottlieb, Human Resources Manager, has been with EEI since August of 2000. Mr. Gottlieb has overall responsibility for Human Resources including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. He has a strong Recruiting background, specifically recruiting senior technology professionals in the financial services industry. Mr. Gottlieb received a B.A. degree from the University at Albany, and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the Teachers College, Columbia University. Email Brandon at bgottlieb@joineei.com.

William Sutliff, Controller, since 1993, Bill has helped leading corporations improve their financial reporting and accounting systems. He has held senior level financial positions for Mitsubishi International Corporation, Scholastic Inc., and Elsevier Inc. Most recently, Bill was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for CML Innovative Technologies, where he was responsible for the company’s budgets and forecasts, the consolidated financial reporting, and improving the accounting systems.
