Prime Brokerage
The principal objective of this project is to increase and monitor performance of our clients Prime Brokerage application suite. The bottom line is to ensure the Prime Brokerage systems are able to consistently meet the demands of the business users and clients in a rapidly growing business. EEI responsibilities include the implementation of key recommendations, bug fixes and troubleshooting at the client request.
This engagement delivered by Enterprise Engineering, Inc. includes the following:

Provide a baseline health-check report of the core prime brokerage systems;

Perform a monthly health-check at EEI’s computing lab or the client site as appropriate including production of a monthly performance report;

Conduct a Quarterly Performance benchmark at EEI's computing lab;

Provide services and assist the prime brokerage technology team fix or implement any of the finding that EEI uncovers during this engagement.
