Information Gathering
The initial phase of the business process analysis involves information gathering. Information Analysis
After the completion of the initial interviews and information gathering phase, our team of experts document the results, compare notes, and diagram the overall flow of business within your organization using industry standard techniques and easy-to-read documentation. After analyzing the results, we report them back to you and your employees to make sure that no differences exist between the way your organization works and the way we understand that your organization works. This phase often produces even further refined details and more documents and forms that may have been left uncovered in the initial interviewing phase. At the completion of this phase, we revise our documentation, diagrams, and models of your business process in order to provide a clear picture of how you do business so we can move forward with the best possible chance of success.
Once you are satisfied that we have a complete understanding of what you currently do and where you want to go, we apply our years of experience and technological expertise to analyze the overall business process that you are using and present many different scenarios on how you might go about improving your use of technology within your organization. We examine the advantages and disadvantages of the cheapest solution as opposed to the most expensive solution and those in between. We compare the benefits and downfalls of sweeping changes as opposed to maintaining the status quo.
