The EnterpriseFTX™ software suite provides rapid application deployment through proprietary mapping technology referred to as SIML™, or System Integration Modeling Language. SIML™ allows companies to integrate their core and legacy systems for the seamless delivery of business services and financial products. The EnterpriseFTX™ product suite is comprised of the following core components:
- Business Service Modules are applications corresponding to financial products or other business services. Applications are registered with the Universal Financial Engine™.
- The Universal Financial Engine™ (UFE) is the enterprise class foundation for all EnterpriseFTX™ solutions. The UFE is based on open J2EE technology, provides transaction management and handles data in any format such as XML, HTML, and EDI.
- SIML™ is the Developer Workbench; as such it provides the common interface between the UFE and systems residing in the Integration Tier (core business and partner systems).
- SIML/Advisor is the Business Rules Engine that adds intelligent transformation and routing functions to the SIML™ interface. SIML/Integrator enables the building and customization of industry standards and Business Service Modules.
- Universal Channel Link™ is the common interface between the UFE and Touch Points residing in the Delivery Tier. These can include Personal Financial Management Tools, Tax Applications, Financial Advisor Tools, Mobile applications, etc.
