Financial Institutions that use EnterpriseFTX to develop online financial services systems are strongly encouraged to purchase a support agreement from EEI.

There are 2 levels of support for clients depending on the level of service the institution decides that is needs.

EFTX Gold Maintenance

  • Version upgrades
  • Dedicated Implementation Manager (Technical Account Manager)
  • 7×24 support (5×8 direct voice, website, and email support — pager support in offhours)
  • 72-hour turn-around time for any procuction issues.

EFTX Platinum Maintenance

  • 7×24 support (5 X 8 direct voice, website, email support and pager support in offhours)
  • Dedicated Implementation Manager (Technical  Account Manager)
  • Remote management and configuration
  • EEI will monitor the EnterpriseFTX server and databases, verify their status, and implement upgrades and mofifications
  • 48-hour turn-around time for any production issues.
