There are 2 levels of support for clients depending on the level of service the institution decides that is needs.
EFTX Gold Maintenance
- Version upgrades
- Dedicated Implementation Manager (Technical Account Manager)
- 7×24 support (5×8 direct voice, website, and email support — pager support in offhours)
- 72-hour turn-around time for any procuction issues.
EFTX Platinum Maintenance
- 7×24 support (5 X 8 direct voice, website, email support and pager support in offhours)
- Dedicated Implementation Manager (Technical Account Manager)
- Remote management and configuration
- EEI will monitor the EnterpriseFTX server and databases, verify their status, and implement upgrades and mofifications
- 48-hour turn-around time for any production issues.
