Support Overview
At EEI, we are aware of how important it is to quickly identify and resolve production issues that result in the down-time of any applications at our clients. To that end, we have a robust support system in place to ensure that your questions and issues are responded to quickly and thoroughly with the most capable resources available. We provide business hour support for all issues that arise during the deployment and configuration of our software with the Standard Maintenance plan, and 7x24 support for any production issues that arise once your system is live with one of our products with Gold or Platinum Maintenance plans.
