  • Version upgrades
 
EnterpriseFTX PLATINUM MAINTENANCE
  • Dedicated Implementation / Technical Account Manager
  • 7x24 Support
    • 5x8 direct voice
    • Website Access and Login Assignment
    • Email Support
    • Pager support off-hours
  • Remote Management, System Configuration, and Diagnostics
  • EEI will monitor the EnterpriseFTX servers and databases, verify operational status, and implement upgrades and modifications
