EnterpriseFTX PLATINUM MAINTENANCE
- Dedicated Implementation / Technical Account Manager

- Pager support off-hours
- Remote Management, System Configuration, and Diagnostics
- EEI will monitor the EnterpriseFTX servers and databases, verify operational status, and implement upgrades and modifications
