A Note From Our COO Regarding COVID-19 Readiness
Dear Business Partners and Friends of Enterprise Engineering,
As COVID-19 (the Coronavirus) continues to impact the global community and concerning news continues to break on a daily basis, I want to personally update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world and reassure you that our operations and all ongoing projects remain unaffected and won’t be negatively impacted by the current developments.
Enterprise Engineering (EEI) has been prepared for situations like this and the company is fully operational from onsite and remote locations at this time. You can rest assured that the service you expect from Enterprise Engineering itself will not be impacted in any way and we are committed to delivering your service without interruption to the full extent of our ability.
The Enterprise Engineering leadership team has taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of our employees as well as being able to maintain service levels for our customers. These actions includes:
We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), US Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and NYS and NYC governmental organizations for up-to-the-minute information to ensure the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.
Work From Home
Our staff are equipped with the processes and technologies to enable remote work. We are able to maintain 100% of operations when our primary office space is not available. As a precautionary measure, we are also limiting guest visits to our offices.
Restricting Non-Essential Work Travel
Travel for internal meetings as well as non-essential customer facing travel has been suspended. Essential travel must be approved by our senior leadership team. Customer meeting and internal meetings will be conducted via conference call and video conferencing.
Business Continuity & Operational Resilience
In conjunction to pandemic planning, we have recovery strategies in place to ensure that our critical personnel, processes, technology, applications, infrastructure, and third parties are resilient against disruptive events like this.
