George Anderson

Chairman & CEO

George is the founder and CEO of Enterprise Engineering, Inc. (EEI) and has served in this capacity since its formation in April 1995. Under his leadership, the company has been awarded many honors and awards. George has deep technical and business expertise in the area of data management and architecture for the Financial Industry. He has authored multiple books and articles on distributed computing architecture, relational database design, Internet development, and high performance computing.

George is the founder and CEO of Enterprise Engineering, Inc. (EEI) and has served in this capacity since its formation in April 1995. George has deep technical and business expertise in the area of data management and architecture for the Financial Industry and has authored multiple books and articles. George has twenty-five years experience working with leading financial institutions and premier technology companies in the development of emerging information systems. In addition, he is the architect of EEI’s software products which deliver integrated financial solutions to several thousand of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Susan Certoma

President

Susan is an executive leader of next-generation businesses and innovative technology solutions for the Financial Services Industry. In her roles, Susan has held business and technology leadership positions at several top tier financial institutions and has been responsible for managing business P&L’s as well as global technology divisions across multiple product areas.

Susan is an executive leader of next-generation businesses and innovative technology solutions for the Financial Services Industry. Before joining EEI, Ms. Certoma was the President of the Wealth & Markets division at Broadridge. Prior to Broadridge, Susan was the global Chief Information Officer for Wachovia’s Corporate & Investment Bank. At Goldman Sachs, she led the Strategy and Planning function reporting to the corporate CIO and then headed the Global Sales Technology Organization. During her career prior to Goldman, Susan held technology leadership positions at several leading Financial firms including Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and First Boston. Susan is a member of several Boards both for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Rita Ranieri

Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Rita joined the EEI  in 2007 to help develop the Professional Services line of business. Rita’s diverse background within technology, IT and management consulting sectors helps her to drive professional services sales and recruiting efforts for the firm.

Rita Ranieri has worked in financial services for 10 years helping companies achieve their business objectives through technology and service-based solutions. Rita joined the EEI sales organization in 2007 and is now responsible for leading the Professional Services division. Her diverse background within technology, IT and management consulting sectors helps her to drive professional services sales and recruiting efforts for the firm. Prior to EEI, Rita served as a Client Communications Specialist for Wall Street Services. WSS’ clients include Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity & Management Consulting Firms. Rita received a B.A. in Economics from The State University of New York at Albany. William Trapani

Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer

Since 1990 Bill has been developing and selling technology solutions and systems architectures to Financial Services companies. His career has been focused on data and database technology.

 

Since 1990 Bill has been developing and selling technology solutions and systems architectures to Financial Services companies. Bill joined EEI in 2004 to lead the Sales and Marketing team as a SVP and was promoted to EVP & COO in 2008. Prior to EEI, Bill was the Director of Sales for Sybase’s New York Financial Services Division, Sybase’s largest client base.  Bill was a regular presenter for Sybase in New York as well as a host and presenter at Sybase’s Tech Waves forum.  He has a Masters in Computer Science from the City University of New York and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Math from Adelphi University. Jack joined EEI in 1998 and is responsible for several key technology initiatives including the development of client interface functionality for EEI’s leading software platform, EnterpriseFTX.

In his current role, he is responsible for global strategic oversight of all pre and post sales software engineering efforts as well as customer deployments and implementations.

William Sutliff

Senior Vice President, Finance

Bill has held senior level financial positions in leading corporations since 1993. At EEI, he is responsible for all financial reporting, company budgets, forecasts and accounting systems.

Since 1993, Bill has helped leading corporations improve their financial reporting and accounting systems. He has held senior level financial positions for Mitsubishi International Corporation, Scholastic Inc., and Elsevier Inc. Most recently, Bill was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for CML Innovative Technologies, where he was responsible for the company’s budgets and forecasts, consolidated financial reporting, and improving the accounting systems. Andy is founder and advisor of BizTectonics & Street Scale IT LLC. He is also a board director for Guidewire (GWRE), MoogSoft LTD, CTO Fintech Innovation Lab, and advises CS Technology LLC, Wickr, EXOU, Revolution Credit, Illumio, Lastline, LMRKTS, DA Holdings, PernixData and Zscaler. Additionally, Andy has held leadership positions at UBS, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.  Andy holds a BSc Honors degree in Chemical Physics from University College London.

David Bauer is a Managing Partner at Sand Hill East. His primary responsibilities include building out C-Suite-as-a-Service capability and, privacy and security consulting. David’s most recent position was with Asurion Insurance Services, a provider of mobile device protection and insurance services. Before Asurion, David was First Vice President and Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer for Merrill Lynch, for which he was named a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader in 2004. Other positions include Global Head of Engineering for Deutsche Bank, based in London, Head of Security and Internet Services for Morgan Stanley, and Director of Computer Security Technology for Bell Communications Research.

Paolo Pelizzoli

Pelizzoli has worked in the Finance world since 1985 in all aspects of technology ranging from Fixed Income back-office processing to Front Office Trading technologies. His worked at leading financial institutions during his tenure including UBS, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, American Express, SCMB, Sumitomo, General Electric Finance, Wells Fargo. Pelizzoli has worked extensively as a Middleware and Integration specialist since 1995 at New Era of Networks (NEON), Global Integration Technology (GlinTech) and TIBCO, helping to guide and in many cases formulate technology strategies that help customers both realize and achieve their business and technology goals of being controlled yet nimble when it comes to identifying opportunities and acting upon them using technologies available in the market place.

Mr. Pelizzoli joined Broadridge Financial Solutions in 2011 as the VP of Architecture.  His experience spans greater than 30 years in Finance and Technology.  His current role as Chief Architect and Head of Innovation at Broadridge allows him to direct the design and implementation of complex systems with the goal of aligning them to the overall Technology Strategy.  He is responsible for laying the foundation for the next generation of systems in Broadridge including their ‘Commercial Cloud’ strategy and newer technology offerings like Blockchain and Machine Learning and Portfolio Performance Reporting.
